Refund Policy

Easy 7-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return most new, unused items within 7 days of receiving them for a complete refund. If we made a mistake (like sending the wrong or a damaged item), we'll happily cover the return shipping.

Getting your refund usually takes about four weeks from the time you ship your return. This includes shipping time back to us (5-10 business days), our processing time (3-5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5-10 business days). Often, you'll get your money back even sooner!

To initiate a return, just log into your account, find your order under "Complete Orders" in the "My Account" menu, and click "Return Item(s)." Please also upload a photo of the product and tell us your reason for returning it. We'll let you know by email once your refund is on its way.

Received a Defective Item?

Don't worry! If your product arrives defective, please reach out to us right away via email at contact@arttheatre.in or by updating the return status in your account on www.arttheatre.in. Please snap photos of the defect and include them with your return reason. We'll arrange to pick up the item. After a quick inspection, we'll ensure you receive a perfect replacement (depending on stock) or a full refund.

Quick Heads-Up: You must inform us about a defective product within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Please note that special rules for promotional offers may occasionally take precedence over this policy.
